The team created a buzz from members of the airport community who inquired about the new airline and complimented the bright uniforms.

The Swoop team who were on station were very pleased with the queue set up, the flight briefing, the checkin and gate processes. The first customer to be checked in was Woolie Madden.

At the debriefing, Justin Clark, Regional Manager with responsibility for MBJ, Jamaica, was effusive in his praise for the team. The trainer, Kyle Moser, echoed his sentiments and left with a sense of accomplishment and that he is confident that the team will grow from strength to strength.

I close by expressing my compliments for the professional leadership displayed by  Supervisor Kadeen Grant who marshalled the team well from the get go. I have no doubt that for Wednesday’s flight, we will be even more prepared and ready to provide an improved service delivery to the customers.

It feels so good to be part of Montego Bay’s aviation history.  Well done!!
